POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Community Support Workers to join our team.
In this role, you will work directly with adults with disabilities, facilitating their participation in recreational and social activities, supporting personal growth and community involvement, and ensuring their overall well-being. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals in our community.
