Position Details

We are currently seeking Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to join our growing team.

  • Location: Cambridge, Ontario (private homes)
  • Shifts available: mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends
  • Clients: seniors with dementia, mobility support needs, and chronic conditions

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility support)
  • Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Offer companionship and emotional support
  • Follow individualized care plans and document client progress
  • Support clients experiencing sundowning or restlessness with patience and understanding

Requirements

  • PSW certification (or equivalent experience in senior care)
  • Experience with dementia care is an asset (training provided)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
