ABOUT US

Direct Care Australia is an Aged Care, Mental Health and Disability community support provider across South-East Queensland.
We support people with both high and complex support needs.

As a Support Worker at Direct Care Australia, you’ll provide day-to-day assistance to individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities, mental health conditions, or age-related care needs. This may include:

• Personal care and domestic assistance
• Medication administration
• Transport and community access
• Using hoists and other mobility equipment
• Supporting clients with complex or challenging behaviour

As a Support Worker at Direct Care Australia, you’ll provide day-to-day assistance to individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities, mental health conditions, or age-related care needs. This may include:

• Personal care and domestic assistance

• Transport and community access
• Using hoists and other mobility equipment
• Supporting clients with complex or challenging behaviours

Shifts: Minimum 2-hour shifts across Monday to Sunday. Includes day, evening, passive and active overnight shifts.
Location: Must be willing to travel to various suburbs around the Sunshine Coast region.
