JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to provide essential care and assistance to individuals in various settings, including assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and private residences. The ideal candidate will have experience in patient care and a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities. This role requires a blend of caregiving skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care settings is preferred.
  • Knowledge of patient care practices, including medication administration and meal preparation.
  • Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities is highly desirable.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed to assist clients with mobility.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
  • Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
  • Certification in caregiving or relevant training in senior care or nursing is advantageous.
