HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Our Transition Beds Program provides brief-stay residential care in a community setting to marginalized individuals being discharged from hospital who require ongoing medical care and personal support services to support recovery and re-integration into the community.
We are seeking Personal Support Worker professionals interested in working in a fast-paced setting responding to the needs of people impacted by poverty, homelessness, mental health issues and substance use. Successful candidates will be part of a multi-disciplinary team that facilitates improved health status and timely, effective discharge to community for service users.
Responsible for participating in Good Shepherd’s Health and Safety programs, procedures, procedures and work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and its regulations to minimize risk to clients, staff and others as well as to the property of the Good Shepherd.
