JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support clients with meal preparation and ensure they receive proper nutrition.
  • Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health status.
  • Assist individuals with mobility challenges, including heavy lifting when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide specialized care for clients with conditions such as dementia or those receiving hospice care.
  • Document all care activities accurately in accordance with company policies.
