JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. This role is vital in supporting clients with daily living activities and enhancing their quality of life, particularly for seniors and individuals with disabilities.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field such as assisted living or nursing home environments is preferred.
  • Knowledge of senior care practices and familiarity with working with persons with disabilities is advantageous.
  • Skills in medication administration and meal preparation are highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player committed to client-centered care.
  • Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
  • Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the needs of clients, including availability for evenings or weekends if required.
