JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential assistance to individuals in need, including seniors and persons with disabilities. This role involves delivering high-quality care, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients, and promoting their independence in daily activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in senior care, dementia care, hospice care, or working with persons with disabilities is preferred.
  • Strong caregiving skills with a focus on patient care and home care practices.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the needs of clients.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
  • Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Certification in first aid or CPR is a plus but not required.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed.
