Support residents with toileting and continence management
Help residents with mobilisation and transferring, using appropriate manual handling techniques and equipment
Provide meal and dining assistance to residents who require support
Maintain a clean and safe environment within resident rooms and common areas
Respond promptly and compassionately to resident requests and concerns
Communicate effectively with nursing staff regarding resident needs and any changes in condition
Encourage social engagement and recreational activities for residents
Maintain accurate records and documentation as required
Follow infection control protocols and health and safety procedures at all times
