POSITION SUMMARY

We’re seeking part-time PSWs to provide personalized homecare services that promote dignity, independence, and well-being for our clients.

REQUIREMENTS

• PSW Certification (recognized in Ontario)
• Gentle Persuasive Approaches (GPA) training
• Vulnerable Sector Check (completed within the last 6 months)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving skills
• CPR and First Aid certification is considered an asset
• Must be reliable, respectful, and committed to client-centered care

• Provide support with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, mobility, transferring, and toileting
• Assist clients during meals, promoting dignity and care
• Support with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Communicate with clients and their families with kindness, respect, and empathy
• Maintain accurate records of care provided
• Represent and uphold high standards of care, professionalism, and compassion
