We are looking for an accountable and motivated Personal Tax Manager to join our team. The role offers a clear path for growth and development, with the opportunity to contribute and work on a variety of complex and challenging technical assignments, working collaboratively as part of a wider team of experts across the firm. All we ask is that you attend client meetings in-person as necessary and have occasional face-to-face catchups with your team. The Role What you will do The main duties of the role as the Personal Tax Manager include: Leading the delivery of complex personal tax compliance services to clients. Day to day management of client relationships and providing ad hoc advice to clients where connected to compliance services. Delivery of personal tax advisory assignments as a member of our multi-disciplinary advisory groups. Proactive identification of opportunities to deliver additional value to clients. Coaching and developing junior members of the team on compliance and advisory matters. As part of the tax management team, collectively lead compliance operations and process improvement to enhance efficiency. Play a key role in driving, creating and maintaining a positive team culture. Your profile What we are looking for Alignment with our purpose and values. The ability to Demonstrate Expertise. At its core this means application of: - subject matter expertise to provide the highest quality service to clients with complex compliance needs and advisory matters; - relevant management and coaching experience to deliver exceptional results to clients. Whilst a relevant qualification is desirable, this may be ATT, CTA or CA, it is not essential if you have relevant experience.
