Description

ABOUT US:

Powerhaus is a dynamic, boutique fitness studio located in the heart of Westboro. We blend science-based strength training with a high-energy, inclusive community. Here, clients aren’t numbers. Our trainers aren’t expected to cold call or hard-sell. We do what we do best: coach, train, and create lasting impact.
We’ve built a reputation for results, care, and community - and with growing demand for personal training, especially during early mornings and after-work hours, we’re looking to expand our team.
The Opportunity: We’re seeking an experienced Personal Trainer who is confident, highly competent, and motivated to take on a mix of personal training and small group coaching. This role starts part-time with the potential to grow into a full-time role for the right person.
Whether you’re ready to join a team where you’re supported or looking to escape the sales-driven environment of big-box gyms, this is your chance to focus on what matters: training clients, building relationships, and changing lives.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Coach one-on-one personal training sessions that are customized, engaging, and effective.
  • Design individualized training programs based on client needs, goals, and abilities.
  • Foster genuine client relationships built on trust, accountability, and care.
  • Potential to lead small group sessions focused on strength, performance, and movement quality.
  • Collaborate with a team that values excellence, support, and continuous improvement.

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF…

  • You thrive on delivering real results - not sales pitches.
  • You love being hands-on and highly involved in your clients’ progress.
  • You’re confident in your craft and enjoy creating strong connections.
  • You want to work in a studio that values community, autonomy, and excellence.
