Job Title: Personal Trainer
Location: Hersham
Hours: Part-Time (18 hours per week initially, with potential to grow to Full-Time)
Pay Rate: £15 per hour for gym floor and group classes, £22.50 per hour for Individual Personal Training (PT) sessions
Earning Potential: £33,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on PT hours

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING?

  • Deliver high-quality personal training sessions tailored to individual fitness goals.
  • Lead a variety of group exercise classes, providing engaging and professional instruction.
  • Offer ongoing support and advice on nutrition, health, and lifestyle changes.
  • Conduct gym inductions and help new members feel welcome and confident in their fitness journey.
  • Take responsibility for maintaining a clean and organised training environment.
  • Actively promote personal training services and assist in retaining members.
  • Monitor client progress and provide detailed feedback to help them stay on track.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure members are consistently supported and motivated.
