JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Personal Trainer to join our dynamic fitness team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics, enabling them to design effective training programs tailored to individual client needs. As a Personal Trainer, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their fitness goals through personalized training sessions, group fitness classes, and ongoing support.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in personal training or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics is essential.
  • Background in sports coaching or teaching physical education is advantageous.
  • Experience in group fitness instruction is a plus.
  • Familiarity with fitness sales techniques and health club operations is beneficial.
