Our client is a leading provider of fitness and wellness services, committed to helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals through personalized training programs and exceptional customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Certification as a Personal Trainer from a recognized organization (e.g.,CIMSPA).
• Proven experience as a Personal Trainer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of various fitness techniques and exercises.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals.
• Commitment to maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer service.
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

• Design and deliver personalized fitness programs tailored to the individual needs and goals of clients.
• Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions, ensuring clients perform exercises safely and effectively.
• Monitor and track client progress, adjusting programs as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
• Provide clients with guidance on nutrition, lifestyle changes, and injury prevention.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming training environment.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in fitness techniques and technologies.
• Foster a positive and motivating atmosphere to encourage client retention and satisfaction.
• Assist in promoting fitness programs and services to attract new clients.
