What You’ll Do As a Personal Trainer at UP, your journey starts by mastering your craft, not chasing sales targets. You’ll be trained to an elite level and equipped to coach clients using the industry-leading UP Method. From there, you’ll work with a wide range of clients who trust UP to get them results they haven’t achieved anywhere else. You’ll deliver world-class personal training with measurable impact, acting as both coach and trusted partner in your clients’ transformation journey. Salary: 148,000 AED OTE: 169,600 - 208,500 AED U.P. does not provide Personal Trainer qualifications and so requires all applicants to have already attained their Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training, or equivalent qualification.
