F45 Training Waterdown is looking to grow our team of part-time Personal Trainers/Group Fitness Instructors for day, evening and weekend shifts.
Members of our F45 Waterdown coaching team should live locally and be personable, energetic, motivated, knowledgeable, reliable, and community minded. F45 Training experience is preferred.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Minimum one year of personal training/group fitness experience
  • Personal training or group fitness certification (ie, Canfitpro, ISSA, ACE Fitness or equivalent) and/or post secondary education related to the health & fitness industry (anatomy, biomechanics, physical education, or kinesiology)
  • Up-to-date CPR & AED training certification
  • Comfortable with one-on-one interactions/coaching
  • Excellent communication skills with strong and clear voice delivery
  • Punctual and reliable

Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Deliver high-energy predesigned workouts to groups of up to 36 members;
  • Ensure proper/safe exercise technique and form;
  • Engage with members during and in between workouts encouraging them to push to their limits, achieve their fitness goals, make them feel a part of our fitness family, and to help create that community feel within the studio;
  • Demonstration of exercises with modifications as required;
  • General cleaning and organization of the studio before, during, and after all classes;
  • Set up of equipment/layout for every class.
