FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a trainer to work in our gym experience in personal training and sales. Experience of not less than 4 years in UAE.

• Conduct personalized fitness assessments and create tailored workout programs for clients.
• Lead group fitness classes and provide one-on-one training sessions.
• Actively promote and sell gym memberships and fitness packages to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with gym members to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Track and achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
• Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients, helping them achieve their fitness goals.
• Collaborate with the team to create and implement marketing strategies for membership sales.
• Qualifications:
• Proven experience in fitness training and personal coaching.
• Strong sales background, preferably in a fitness or health-related environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Certification in fitness training from a recognized institution.
• Fluency in English
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
