Job Title: Personal Trainer – Private Client
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and highly motivated Personal Trainer to work one-on-one with a private client in a luxury, fully equipped home gym environment. This role requires a professional who can design and deliver customized fitness programs, inspire long-term motivation, and help achieve measurable health and wellness goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop personalized fitness plans tailored to client goals, fitness level, and any physical considerations.
  • Conduct safe, effective, and engaging training sessions that blend strength, cardio, mobility, and flexibility work.
  • Provide guidance on nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle habits to complement training programs.
  • Track and evaluate progress, adjusting programs as needed.
  • Maintain a professional, discreet, and positive environment at all times.
  • Stay current on fitness trends, exercise science, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through a recognized body (e.g., NASM, ACE, CanFitPro, ISSA).
  • Minimum 2–3 years of professional training experience (private or gym setting).
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, exercise physiology, and nutrition fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication skills and motivational coaching style.
  • Ability to adapt workouts to meet evolving goals or physical needs.
  • CPR & First Aid certification preferred
