Proud to be a 'Great Place to Work' certified company!   PURPOSE The Personal Training Field Manager exists to grow, elevate, and energize VASA's Personal Training business through people, performance, and member impact. By partnering with District Managers and in-club leaders, this role drives PT sales, client retention, and session execution while ensuring coaches are developed, supported, and inspired. The PT Field Manager strengthens training quality, creates accountability around key KPIs, and helps every member unlock their potential through meaningful PT connections--turning fitness goals into lasting results.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Support Field Implementation of Personal Training Product: Support programming pilots, align tools/technology, and coach field teams on delivering engaging client experiences to drive usage and retention. * Strengthen Sales Process and Offering: Ensure execution of Personal Training (PT) sales process through field training and coaching support. This includes building capacity for PT consultation booking, delivery of consultations, and increased conversion of members in PT clients. * Develop & Support PT Talent: Deliver scalable training, onboarding, and certifications to improve trainer performance and career growth. Support the work of building and delivering a new internal PT certification program. * Drive Accountability & Results: Partner with leaders to achieve KPIs through training, coaching, performance management and recognition strategies. Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS The qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to, the following: * 2+ years of experience teaching boutique fitness classes * 1+ year of management experience preferred. * Current nationally accredited Group Fitness or Personal Training Certification required. * An undergraduate degree or equivalent work-experience preferred. * Personal interest in health, wellness, fitness, and nutrition * Ability to travel and work on weekends.   WORKING CONDITIONS Primary work in a fitness facility and office setting. Temperature variations can occur. The environment includes some ambient noise such as talking and use of gym equipment and machinery.   PHYSICAL AND MENTAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS * Talking: Especially where one must frequently convey detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately, loudly, or quickly. * Physical Strength: Sitting, standing, and walking. Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move a minimum of 30 pounds. * Reasoning Ability: Ability to deal with a variety of variables under limited standardization. Able to interpret various instructions and relay instructions to clients. * Attendance is an essential duty of the position. Employees must work regularly scheduled shifts, during business hours to assist members and sell services in-person.
