THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for an experienced Personal Training Manager to lead the PT department at Anytime Fitness Harpley. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll combine your coaching skills with people management, driving recruitment, development, and performance across the PT team.
As PT Manager, you’ll set the standard for excellence by delivering a minimum of 20 PT sessions per week while fostering a culture that helps Personal Trainers thrive and ensures our members receive world-class training experiences.

• Recruit, mentor, and support a team of Personal Trainers
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities
• Drive PT department performance across revenue, retention, and service standards
• Support PTs with business growth, client acquisition, and lead generation
• Deliver exceptional member experiences through PT sessions, small group training, and onboarding programs
• Report on PT metrics and contribute to club growth initiatives
