Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Personal Vacation Planner to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll work one-on-one with clients to design and book their perfect getaways — whether it’s a tropical retreat, a family road trip, a romantic escape, or a bucket-list adventure. Your goal is to take the stress out of planning and create smooth, unforgettable vacation experiences from start to finish. If you're passionate about travel, love helping others, and thrive in a remote, flexible work environment, this is your opportunity to turn your love for vacations into a fulfilling career. Key Responsibilities: Client Consultations: Meet virtually with clients to discuss their vacation preferences, needs, budget, and expectations. Custom Vacation Planning: Design tailored vacation packages, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities that align with each client’s vision. Booking & Coordination: Reserve all travel components using supplier platforms and ensure accuracy across all reservations. Vacation Support: Be available to support clients before and during their trips, assisting with any questions, changes, or issues that may arise. Enhance the Experience: Recommend upgrades, excursions, travel insurance, and destination tips to make each trip extra special. Follow Up: Check in with clients post-travel to gather feedback, encourage reviews, and promote future bookings. Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with travel trends, supplier offerings, and destination news to offer the most current advice and opportunities. Recordkeeping: Maintain organized documentation for client bookings, payments, and preferences. Qualifications: Experience in customer service, sales, or travel planning is helpful but not required. Strong listening and communication skills. Detail-oriented with a love for planning and organization. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently. Tech-savvy and eager to learn booking platforms. Friendly, professional, and client-focused. Passion for travel and creating unforgettable experiences. Bilingual is a bonus, not a requirement. Perks & Benefits: 100% remote — work from anywhere. Flexible schedule — part-time or full-time options available. Travel industry discounts and insider perks. Ongoing support, mentorship, and professional development.
