This is a remote position. About the Role: We are seeking an organized and proactive Personal Virtual Assistant to support our busy executive/team. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, manage schedules, coordinate communications, and assist with various projects to improve efficiency and productivity. Schedule: 9 AM to 6 PM Monday to Friday EDT US Key Responsibilities: Manage and organize calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments Handle email correspondence, filter messages, and respond on behalf of the client when appropriate Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries Perform data entry, research, and document preparation Support social media management and content scheduling Assist with personal tasks as needed Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information Provide timely reminders and follow-ups to ensure deadlines are met Requirements Qualifications: Proven experience as a virtual personal assistant or in a similar administrative role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Proficiency with digital tools such as Microsoft Office/Teams/Excel, Google Workspace, and scheduling apps Ability to work independently and with a Team High level of professionalism and discretion Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote workspace Preferred Skills: Customer service experience Travel planning and booking Research and data entry ​ Independent Contractor Perks: HMO Coverage for eligible locations Permanent work-from-home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job ZR_28349_JOB
