Overview This festive season, our Gift Wrapping Station is back and it’s bigger, better, and more personal than ever! With bespoke wrapping, engraving, and personalisation options, we’re creating magical moments that make every gift unforgettable. As a Gift Wrapper Host, you’ll play a key role in delivering this exceptional experience. You’ll be welcoming guests to the station, helping them select wrapping and personalisation options, and ensuring every package leaves looking as beautiful as the gift inside. Responsibilities Welcome and engage customers with warmth, enthusiasm, and product knowledge. Support with gift wrapping and processing personalisation requests, ensuring accuracy and excellent presentation. Maintain an inviting and organised wrapping area, restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with store teams to ensure smooth coordination of customer orders and collections. Uphold brand standards of luxury, care, and attention to detail. Contribute to a festive, joyful atmosphere that enhances the overall customer journey. Qualifications A genuine passion for creating memorable customer experiences. • Excellent attention to detail and presentation. • Confident communicator with a warm, professional demeanour. • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. • Prior retail, customer service, or gift-wrapping experience is a plus but not essential. Training provided! • Must be available for the full activation period (early November – Christmas Eve).
