We are currently seeking a full-time Personalization Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for guiding future residents through the design and customization of their residences within the community. It combines elements of interior design, project coordination, and customer service to ensure each residence reflects individual preferences while adhering to community standards, construction timelines, and budget guidelines. The ideal candidate brings a strong design sensibility, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to translate resident ideas into practical, well-executed design solutions. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with construction teams, architects, designers, and vendors to understand project requirements, timelines, and available options. Ensure selections align with building codes, ADA requirements, community standards, and construction schedules. Source materials, maintain vendor relationships, and manage sample libraries and design resources. Evaluate new materials and potential design upgrades for future residences. Lead one-on-one design consultations with incoming residents to personalize their homes. Guide residents through selection of finishes, materials, colors, fixtures, cabinetry, flooring, and lighting in alignment with project parameters. Present curated design options and provide professional recommendations while respecting resident preferences. Create visual tools such as mood boards, sample boards, and design palettes to support decision-making. Document all resident selections, change orders, and approvals accurately for construction and implementation. Track selections and maintain updated records to ensure alignment with project milestones. Communicate updates, decisions, and timelines clearly with residents and internal teams. Ensure seamless execution of all selections through coordination with construction and trade partners. Monitor progress to ensure design intent is accurately implemented on-site. Deliver a high-touch, hospitality-driven experience throughout the personalization process. Provide ongoing support, follow-up, and confirmation to ensure resident satisfaction with final selections. Requirements Requirements: High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred. 3 - 5 years of experience in interior design, residential coordination, or project management; experience in new construction, senior living, or hospitality preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, and project tracking tools preferred. Ability to read architectural drawings and finish schedules. Strong design sensibility and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with older adults. Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
