Quality Control: Ensure every piece meets our high standards for alignment, color, and finish. Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning and upkeep of personalization machinery. Workflow Management: Manage orders efficiently to meet customer deadlines. The Basics: A foundational understanding of design principles (alignment, scaling, and file types). Tech-Friendly: Comfortable working with design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW) and operating machinery. Hands-on Attitude: You enjoy physical work and don't mind getting your hands a little dirty in the production process.
