We are looking for a motivated, organized, and energetic individual to join our team as Counter Staff.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in customer service (mandatory)
• Bilingual (French & English)
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to work under pressure
• Organized and detail-oriented

  Pay: From $19.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 28 per week

• Welcoming customers with enthusiasm
• Making bills (emptying pockets, checking clothes, etc.)
• Tagging clothes
• Processing payments
• Separating clothes (training provided)
• Bagging ready orders
• Taking measurements for alterations requests if needed (training provided)
• Handling customer issues (training provided)
• Scheduling pick-ups and deliveries when requested
• Answering phone calls at the counter
• Keeping the workstation clean and tidy
