We are looking for a new colleague (m/f/d) on a permanent, full-time basis to join our motivated and highly skilled HR team.THE TASKS INCLUDE

  • Preparation of payroll accounting
  • Personnel administration: Creation of certificates, master data maintenance, maintenance and management of personnel files, filing, etc.
  • Checking employee bookings in the time management system
  • Organization and coordination of medical check-ups
  • Advice on social security and payroll tax issues as well as personnel administration matters
  • Preparation of various personnel statistics and key figures
  • Responsible for reporting and certification
  • General correspondence, e.g. with authorities, health insurance companies, employers’ liability insurance association

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Completed commercial training (m/f/d) or comparable
  • Experience and know-how: Several years of experience in payroll accounting, time management and personnel administration, experience in dealing with HR systems (Datev, Planzeit) desirable, good knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of English desirable
