Position Overview We are seeking a Personnel Officer to support and manage employee records, attendance, and compliance activities within the Wadi El Nile Factory in El Khattaba. The ideal candidate should have experience in industrial or manufacturing environments, preferably in the food industry, and possess a solid understanding of Egyptian labor law and social insurance procedures. Responsibilities Maintain and update employee attendance, leave, and disciplinary records. Manage employee files, contracts, and HR documentation. Ensure compliance with labor law, social insurance, and internal HR policies. Coordinate daily HR operations with the factory management team. Handle vacation requests, payroll attendance input, and staff communications. Support HR in implementing on-site employee engagement initiatives. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field. Experience: 2–5 years in HR or personnel roles, preferably in factories or industrial companies. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with labor staff. Excellent organization and record-keeping ability. Knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance. Proficiency in Excel and attendance management tools. Preferred Residence: El Khattaba or nearby areas. Working Conditions Location: Wadi El Nile Factory – El Khattaba (Km 84, Cairo–Alex Road) Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday. Environment: On-site within the factory’s HR and production offices.
