What Youll Do As a Personnel Section Head, you will play a vital role in shaping and supporting the People & Culture function. You will: -Be the guardian of compliance: ensuring all policies, practices, and records align with Egyptian labor law and best practices. -Lead with impact: guiding and coaching your personnel team, setting performance standards, and helping them grow. -Drive operational excellence: managing payroll effects (attendance, overtime, leaves, penalties) and making sure employee records are accurate, up to date, and compliant. -Act as the key link between the company and external authorities (Labor Offices, Insurance Offices, Medical Insurance). -Champion employee experience: handling employee complaints related to payroll effects, supporting managers, and resolving issues quickly and fairly. -Own the data & systems: maintaining and improving ERP systems and document management processes to keep personnel data reliable and accessible. -Be a problem-solver: escalating and resolving challenges, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to a positive workplace culture. Must-Have Skills & Experience -(5+ years ) of proven experience in Personnel/People & Culture functions. -Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and social insurance procedures. -Demonstrated leadership abilities to manage and guide a personnel team. -Excellent communication skills to work across departments and with external parties. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle compliance and personnel matters effectively. -BA in Accounting, Law, or a related field.
