About the role We have an opportunity for a Personnel Services Manager to be part of our Payroll Operations team, Shared Services. The Personnel Services Manager provides leadership, management an expertise to the Senior Executive Services (SES) payroll officer and various other teams in Shared Services Command to ensure their service delivery of Personnel related activities is effective, efficient and focuses on delivering excellence in customer service to the organisation. The direct reports for this role have been temporarily changed to include Personnel Services, Payroll Operations and Payroll Governance. Placement Services currently reports directly to the Director, HRTS. Pending success of the trial, this will be finalised as part of a formal restructure process.
