Descripción de Puesto Key Responsibilities: Partner with plant leaders/supervisors to achieve business objectives and develop HR strategies that support business outcomes. Provide coaching and guidance to Supervisors on leadership, team development, performance management, and employee relations. Work with a team of HRBPs to ensure consistent and effective HR support across departments or business units. Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total rewards, ERs, GBS) to deliver integrated HR solutions. Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, diversity, performance outcomes) to identify trends and recommend actions.) Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best HR practices. Collaborate with HR Manager to lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and high college engagement. Partner with supervisors to manage headcount and organizational design. Act as a cultural ambassador, promoting a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. Skills & Competencies: Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategy to business goals. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and management skills. Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change across multiple levels of the organization. Solid understanding of employment law, employee relations, and organizational development principles. Data-driven mindset with experience using HR analytics to inform decisions. High integrity, discretion, and emotional intelligence. Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner or HR leadership role. Proven experience partnering with leaders in a complex, fast-paced environment. On-site Work Arrangement: This role is based fully onsite, and not eligible for hybrid or remote work opportunities. Responsibilities
