Role Detail Join our dynamic Business Services team at KWM's Perth office, located in the QV1 building. As a key member of our professional Business Services function, you'll be the friendly face that represents us on the client floor. If you're a polished and welcoming individual with a passion for outstanding customer service, this role might be your perfect fit. Act as the first point of contact for clients and staff Manage meeting room bookings, confirming catering and room requirements daily Answer calls, take messages, and ensure timely delivery to recipients Sending, tracking, and processing of all courier shipments and mail Maintain a high standard of presentation in the reception area Collaborate with wait staff to keep conference rooms tidy and ready Work closely with Hospitality, Audio Visual, and Business Services teams to meet client needs Set the standard for exceptional client service at all times Perform additional duties as assigned This role is offered on part time permanent basis working Monday to Friday, covering the morning shift, 8:00am – 2:00pm. About You If you’re a polished and welcoming corporate receptionist skilled at creating exceptional client experiences, this could be your role!
