POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our team. You’ll be responsible for designing marketing materials, digital assets, and branded visuals that resonate with healthcare practice owners and administrators.

USER EXPERIENCE (UX EXPERIENCE A PLUS)

• Assist in designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for digital platforms.
• Enhance usability and improve workflows for digital products.
• Support user research, wireframing, and prototyping efforts as needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing materials, and digital assets.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of UX principles and ability to create user-friendly designs.
• Excellent visual storytelling skills with attention to detail and layout.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in B2B, healthcare, or SaaS industries.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or design systems.
• Knowledge of A/B testing and data-driven design improvements.
• Exposure to user research tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar.
