OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and assistance. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a positive experience. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to analyze customer needs effectively. Must have pest control experience.

SKILLS

  • Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Field Routes software preferred.
  • Strong background in customer service or call center environments.
  • Ability to analyze situations and communicate solutions effectively.
  • Experience with data entry and computerized systems.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures is a plus.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and client support.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
