As a Pest Control Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a key role in helping homeowners protect their properties from unwanted pests. We have a Pest Control Lead Generation Specialist team dedicated to their customers, and providing the best top-quality advice and sales-solutions on the market. This position involves inspecting properties, identifying pest issues, providing effective treatment solutions, and delivering outstanding customer support with every interaction. We provide comprehensive training, so no prior pest control experience is required—just a strong work ethic and a desire to help people!

• Inspect residential properties to identify pest issues and access risks
• Develop and implement effective pest treatment plans and follow-up with the sales team to complete the sales process
• Directly educate customers on preventative pest control measures in accordance with preferred products and treatment plans
• Meet and exceed sales goals with the support team by assisting in closing new business accounts and upselling additional services
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and answering questions in a professional and empathetic manner
• Maintain detailed service and sales records and reports in accordance with the compliance guidelines
