Description

EnviroGreen Pest Solutions is a structural Pest Control company that offers customized, cost-efficient preventive maintenance programs, as well as one-time service(s) for various Pest and Wildlife issues. Our client’s range from residential to commercial properties all throughout the Lower Mainland.
We are seeking a qualified candidate to fill our Pest Control Sale Associate role.
This is a commission base only casual position to perform various Sales related tasks.

As one of our Pest Control Sales Associate, responsibilities include:

  • Door knocking/cold calling potential clients to expand the business
  • Following up on sales lead
  • Conducting visual inspections of various types of residential, commercial or industrial properties to identify pest issues
  • Creating customized pest solution plans that help reduce pest activity, all while being cost effective for our clients
  • Conducting visual inspections for potential entry points in order to effectively seal small potential entry points or make recommendations for more complex points of entries
  • Writing proposals for recurring contracts and various services and/or treatments we offer
  • Assist with preparing Request for Proposals (RFP)
  • Accurately record inspection reports, Integrated Pest Management recommendations and proposals
  • Providing exceptional customer service and communicating educational information on long-term pest prevention methods/management
  • Staying up to date with Industry best practices, regulations, and safety protocols via internal training sessions provided my management or Industry training sessions

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently or in group environments (if needed)
  • Possess strong time management skills
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and rapport with clients
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Physical stamina (should be able to lift up to 23 Kg/carry ladders/equipment etc)
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
  • Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
  • Previous experience in Sales and/or quotation writing preferred
