Job Description
Our Sales Associates receive thorough training on selling Arete pest control products & services from leaders who have a track record of proven success and staggering growth. With a commitment to exponential expansion, exceptional performance will be rewarded with greater responsibilities and a greater capacity to impact others for good, as well as increased potential earnings for full time and part time employees.

Sales Associate Core Responsibilities:

  • Engage, consult, and close organically-generated inbound leads on the benefits of the various services Arete provides.
  • Engage, consult, and close self driven leads on the benefits of the various services Arete provides.
  • Follow up with current and former customers to sell new and additional services.
  • Drive on-going market growth by moving prospects through the sales process with the intent of closing each prospect.
  • Collaborate with inside sales associate team members and sales managers in the call center to ensure each prospect is taken care of and that no leads are lost.
  • Increase inside sales skills and experience through attending group and individual sales training led by leaders with a proven track record.
  • Be motivated to find and work new sales through your own efforts.
  • Find and manage a team of sales associates.

Qualifications

Sales Associate Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience, or strong desire to work in sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Desire to learn and develop sales techniques and surpass expectations.
  • Ambition to grow and progress in both current and future roles within the organization.
  • Self-motivated and demonstrates a high level of work ethic.
  • Possesses a high degree of professionalism and poise in interactions with prospects and customers.
  • A strong passion to live company-wide culture of integrity, accountability, growth and excellence

Additional Information

Compensation

  • Sales Associates receive a base pay + commission.
  • Over rides on team members they manage

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
