JOB DESCRIPTION

As a pest control operation manager, your main responsibility is to oversee the activities of all pest control employees, including sales representatives and technicians. Service managers must also skillfully price, schedule and evaluate jobs and quality assurance programs.
· Plan, coordinate, and execute pest control operations, including inspections, treatments, and preventive measures.
· To oversee the safekeeping of pest control training materials, training equipment and training aids.
· Manage and deploy field teams to various locations to address pest-related issues promptly and professionally.
· Monitor service schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks to meet customer expectations.
· Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies in all pest control activities.
· Interact with customers to understand their pest-related concerns and provide suitable solutions.
· Working outdoors in all types of weather.
· Traveling to job sites to evaluate, price and staff a job.
· Assisting pest control technicians in using their ‘detective’ skills to identify a pest problem and provide a solution.
· Using and maintaining safety equipment including bump caps, gloves, goggles, respirators, eye washers, first aid kits and spill abatement.
· Operating company vehicles, power sprayers, foggers, dusters, drills and a variety of common hand and power tools and other equipment.
· Working with or around fumigants, fungicides, insecticides and other materials commonly found in and around structures.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Proven experience in pest control operations for at least 2 years, with a strong understanding of pest control techniques and products.
· Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
· Have enough knowledge of Termite Control and Bird Control
· Must have a DM Card
· Must have a UAE Driving License
· Ready to help our clients with the highest quality, work and use all their experience, professionalism, and potential.

· Ability to stand for an extended period of time and work in uncomfortable environments
· Must be detailed oriented and be able to follow detailed instructions in applying pesticide to avoid harm to the client and self
· Must possess good customer service skills and be customer-focused
· Strong ability to keep good records of hours worked, chemicals used, and payments collected
