WHAT YOU’LL BE GETTING UP TO

• Dealing with service requests from residents relating to a variety of pest species including rats, mice, wasp nests.
• Servicing our portfolio of commercial contacts
• Promoting and selling contracts to new commercial customers.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• This role requires you to regularly use a work place vehicle therefore you must possess a valid UK Driving Licence.
• Successful applicants may be subject to a DBS check (applied and paid for by the Council).

Role: Pest Control Technician
Location: Moss Side Depot
Contract: Full time (36.25 hours per week) / Permanent
Salary: £32,115 - £33,366

This role requires a qualified and experienced pest control professional to work as part of a team covering both domestic call outs and servicing commercial contracts. Working closely with the Pest Control Officer, the post holder must be a qualified pest control operative with a minimum qualification of BPCA/RSPH Level 2 award in pest management, must have extensive experience of working in a commercial or local authority pest control team and must be able to work as part of a team and use their own initiative.
