Position: Pest Management Technician
Location: Leinster (Dublin South and Midlands)
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: From €35,000 - OTE €40,000 Per Annum, paid fortnightly

As a Pest Management Technician, you will be engaged in finding long term solutions for customer sites. This will involve providing expert guidance to your customers in all aspects of pest prevention. This role is different from the ‘normal’ established practises of pest technicians, this role focuses on problem-solving and proofing to gain complete eradication and the best use of technology. You will be visiting customers with a wide range of pest control issues, where you’ll be expected to use your problem-solving skills to determine the most effective solution. We deal with a varied range of pests and jobs, so you need to be prepared to get your hands dirty.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality inspection, treatment, and pest prevention services that exceed customer expectations.
  • Safely apply pesticides in accordance with product label recommendations and all relevant legislation.
  • Identify and carry out proofing requirements using practical manual skills to deliver professional results.
  • Use the technician app to complete accurate site audit reports, documenting infestation levels and tailored recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure efficient service delivery across contracts.
  • Analyse customer needs, identify additional service requirements, and promote relevant solutions where appropriate.
  • Plan and prioritize work to ensure productivity and timely completion of tasks.
  • Conduct site risk assessments, comply with industry standards, and follow company protocols at all times.
  • Be prepared to carry out work outdoors and in diverse environmental conditions.
