Available Shifts and Schedule We understand life is busy, so we offer consistent and predictable scheduling: Full-Time Position Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM Our schedule works well for school drop-off and pick-up routines, and we communicate schedules clearly in advance. What You’ll Do As a Pest Hunters Technician, you’ll be the friendly face our clients trust. Your day will include: Lead a team of technicians in delivering outstanding pest and mosquito control services Train new team members and reinforce best practices in safety and service Drive to client homes and businesses and perform detailed property inspections Apply control treatments using backpack sprayers and other equipment Communicate with customers and ensure they’re informed, satisfied, and loyal Support scheduling, route planning, and inventory management Maintain clean and organized equipment Represent the Pest Hunters/Humbug Holiday Lighting brand with professionalism, positivity, and pride What We’re Looking For Prior leadership or supervisory experience (home services, retail, restaurant, or field team) Strong work ethic, reliability, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving Excellent communication and organizational skills Eye for detail and commitment to safety Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Willingness to obtain pest control licensing (training provided) Enjoys working outdoors in a fast-paced, physical environment You Might Be a Great Fit If You Have Experience in pest control, landscaping, construction, or maintenance Managed small teams or trained others in any setting Customer service or delivery driving experience (Uber, DoorDash, Amazon, etc.) A passion for leading others and taking ownership of results Why work for us?
