POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a motivated Pest Control Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality pest control services to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Valid BC driver’s license with a clean driving record.
· Valid BC Pest Control License.
· Ability to obtain or currently hold a valid pesticide applicator license in BC.
· Strong communication and customer service skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
· Physically fit and capable of lifting 50 lbs and working in various environments (indoors/outdoors, tight spaces, heights, etc.).
· Previous pest control experience is an asset but not required—training provided.

· Perform pest inspections, identify infestations, and determine treatment solutions.
· Apply chemical and non-chemical treatments to eliminate pests safely and effectively.
· Advise clients on pest prevention measures and provide aftercare instructions.
· Maintain accurate service records and complete required paperwork.
· Comply with all provincial and federal regulations, including WorkSafeBC and pesticide handling guidelines.
· Safely operate and maintain company-provided tools, equipment, and vehicles.
· Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
