Location: Vancouver, WA Position Type: Fulltime Schedule: Monday-Friday (Saturdays Required) Key Responsibilities: A Pest Control Service Technician is responsible for providing pest remediation and prevention solutions to commercial or residential structures. Duties include, without limitation: * Recommend and provide estimates for one-time treatments and continual maintenance to new and existing customers. * Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time in accordance with all applicable Company policies and local rules and regulations. * Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs. * Use all safety equipment as instructed. * Maintain professional appearance and equipment in working order including but not limited to vehicle, uniform, application equipment, PPE, paperwork, and literature etc. * Devote your full attention and time, during working hours, to the performance of your duties and responsibilities as directed by your supervisor and the Company. Qualifications & Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Strong Communication skills effectively through verbal, written and in person. * Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills. * Ability to lift to 50 lbs and be able to kneel and bend as necessary for a job. * Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping. * Self-motivated and results driven. * Valid Driver’s license with a good driving record. * Pass a background check and drug screen. * Pest Control experience preferred but not required. Responsibilities
