Requirements What We’re Looking For: A problem-solver with strong attention to detail Great communication skills and a customer-first attitude Valid pest control license (or willingness to obtain—we’ll help you get certified!) Ability to work independently and as part of a team A clean driving record and reliability Not Required, but really nice to have: Previous experience in pest control Applicator licenses in RI, CT, or MA (Or multiple!) Certifications such as Quality Pro, Green Pro, or School Pro.
