POSITION: TEAM LEADER - NORTH
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced pest controller/falconer to lead our North team. The successful candidate will receive great rates of pay as well as excellent training opportunities in order to see our employees be the best that they can be.

We are looking for a candidate with a broad range of skills and experience including:
Essential Skills/Experience:
· RSPH Level 2 Pest Management.
· Proven experience of working in professional pest management role, including bird proofing.
· Good IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
· A full driving license.
· Proven experience in a leadership role.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
· Extensive experience of flying and training shortwings and longwings.
Personal Attributes
· Strong communication skills.
· Natural problem-solving skills.
· Organised but adaptable.
· Self-motivated and able to motivate and inspire others.
WORK REQUIREMENTS:
Usual working hours Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (including a one-hour, unpaid lunch break) but with occasional evening, weekend and working away required.
Reporting to: Operations Manager North
Remuneration: £30,000.00 to £34,000.00 dependant on experience, plus opportunities to earn bonuses and overtime together with an opportunity to increase earnings through overtime, commission, bonuses and other incentives.
