• Site Inspections : Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations, entry points, and conducive conditions.
• Treatment Application : Safely apply chemical and non-chemical pest control solutions (e.g., sprays, baits, traps) following company protocols and regulatory guidelines.
• Pest Identification : Diagnose pest species (rodents, insects, termites, etc.) and recommend appropriate treatment plans based on findings.
• Equipment Maintenance : Clean, calibrate, and maintain pest control tools, sprayers, and safety gear to ensure operational efficiency.
• Safety Compliance : Adhere to OSHA standards, NEA regulations, and company safety procedures when handling pesticides and equipment.
• Client Education : Explain treatment processes, prevention tips, and follow-up schedules to customers, addressing their concerns professionally.
• Documentation : Complete detailed service reports, including treatments applied, chemicals used, and recommendations for future visits.
• Team Collaboration : Coordinate with supervisors and fellow technicians to optimize service routes, share insights, and resolve complex infestations.
