In this role, you’ll help complete the day-to-day operations of our state-of-the-art pet care facility and doggy daycare, ensuring that our furry guests receive the best care, safety, and attention they deserve. You’ll be a vital part of the team, helping to deliver our award winning customer service while assisting with animal care and facility upkeep.

Pets Country Club - Pet Attendant - Your Name

• Animal Care: Assist with the daily feeding, grooming, and care of pets, ensuring each one is safe, comfortable, and well-attended to throughout their stay.
• Behaviour Monitoring: Observe animals for signs of stress, illness, or injury and report any concerns to the team or management.
• Sanitation & Safety: Help maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our pet care areas, play zones, and equipment to ensure a safe environment for both animals and staff.
• Client Interaction: Assist with checking pets in and out, answering client queries, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Team Support: Work alongside other attendants and supervisors to maintain smooth operations and contribute to a positive, collaborative atmosphere.
• Record-Keeping: Help maintain accurate records for pets under your care, including feeding schedules and medication needs.
