JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Front Desk associate. Responsibilities include checking dogs in and out for boarding and daycare, answering questions, making reservations, and updating vaccines. Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and comfort with kennel-specific software are essential. Shifts are five hours, morning (7 a.m. to noon) or afternoon (1 p.m. to 6 p.m.), with the resort closed from noon to 1 p.m. for lunch.
