We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pet Groomer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for animals and a strong commitment to providing high-quality grooming services. As a Pet Groomer, you will be responsible for ensuring that pets leave our facility looking and feeling their best. This role requires both technical grooming skills and excellent customer service abilities to create a positive experience for both pets and their owners. Reliability a must.

SKILLS

• Strong animal handling skills.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting when handling larger breeds or multiple pets.
• Proficiency in using grooming tools such as clippers, scissors, brushes, and dryers.
• Knowledge of various dog breeds, including their specific grooming requirements.
• Patience and empathy towards animals, ensuring a stress-free experience for both pets and their owners.
• Attention to detail in grooming tasks to achieve high-quality results.

• Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and nail clipping for various breeds of dogs.
• Assess the condition of pets’ coats and skin, providing appropriate grooming recommendations to pet owners.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grooming area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized.
• We have a fully staffed front end so no need for customer interaction skills, focus on pets is number one.
• Handle pets safely and effectively, ensuring their comfort during the grooming process.
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize productivity while maintaining quality service.
